[Resolved]  Karma Group (Karma Experience) — Fraud - No refund as promised

Dear sir/madam,

I and my fiancé had booked a stay of 3n-4d in your kerala 4star resort for our honeymoon. From 19th may to 22may.in the name of - yathish kumar bangera.
Since it was covid time, we were unsure of booking a stay. But we were assured by your customer service guy that we shall receive full refund if cancelled a month in advance, if corona situations persists. Or we can transfer the stay to some-other couple without any issue or clause.

As per the rules conveyed to us - we informed a month before, that we need to cancel the booking and want refund. Since yathish could not fly back to india (He works abroad). Instead we were denied refund straight away, and we were thrown with different clause on our face. Like the couple (The guy) should be of the same age or above 30yrs if you want to transfer the booking to some other couple.

We have the chats and names of the person as proof.

First of all, if full refund was promised it should have been given. Second of all, the whole clause for transfer was not mentioned earlier too.

Request you to process the refund to us and help us with the same as soon as possible. Else we have to take necessary action as it is a fraud and cheating case for us.

After getting a respond from the facebook page. They reached out to us . They have given us other alternative. Which chose it. As refund was not possible.
