With deep sadness I want to say this. In the beginning only we have faced lots of challenges such as:
1. We have signed membership form if Karma group on 27th December 2021 . But, we received details from different comoany with different terms ans conditions. We were not told anything about valorah group in the entire presentation process on 27th December.
We were surprised and at the same time shocked to received mail from them. It is breach of sharing customers details to third party.
2. Both the people (sales) Mr. Sachin and Vaibav are not receiving our calls from the next day of getting the form signed on Monday in a lot of hurry and rush.
3. We were promised that-
a) There won't be any AMC charges on our membership. But, mail sent by you mentions about Fee of 6999/- per year is really very high and we can't bear it. There is breach of terms and conditions.
b) We were also told that the membership includes complementary breakfast and dinner at additional cost which we paid (supportive documents which are hand written by Mr. SACHIN are attached with this mail)
c) We were told that Mr. SACHIN will send us mail for complementary dinner and extension of membership due to pandemic which is really a concern. But, so far there is no confirmation mail from him.
d) We gave them Mumbai address for communication but it is also not updated so far.
e) We were promised that all the list of holets and resorts will be shared with us next day which has also not been done.
f) We informed them clearly that we want hassle free services but we stuck in the initial phase of membership only.
It is very sad to inform that Karma group has disappointed us in a big may.
Due to all above memtion concerns and issues I requested them to cancel our membership and refund all the money in full that is 55500/-.
Now they are canceling the membership.
