Dear sir,
I have made a payment of rs.1000 to pget online registration in kea (Karnataka examination authority) site through your link.
I did the payment twice.
Both times, it showed "transaction successful", but my payment status in the site is 'payment not done'.
Thus i lost 2000 rupees and still cannot register in the site.
I request you to refund the money to the same account from where it is debited.
Details are :

Transaction amount : 2000/- (1000/- rupees twice)

Transaction date : 11.03.2018
Transaction time : 3.17pm and 5.31pm
