Karnataka Examination Authority — Fee refund

While i was going trough numerous colleges of krnataka to seek an admission I found that admission process involves ging rhe KCET EXAM so on 11 may i started refistering myself to the website Then the first page which appeared on screen was filling the application form fees IT DIDN'T ASK FOR ANY NAME DOB NOTHING JUST THE APPLICATION FEES SO I THOUGHT THAT IT WILL BEGIN ONCE THE FEES IS PAID SO I TRANSACTED THE MONEY THEN COME THE PAGE OF OTHER DETAILS AND THERE I FOUND THERE ELIGIBILITY CLAUSE in which none was crct for me neither was there a option of NONE
It was then that i realised that i came across the wrng place
Since then I've been callling to these kcet flocks but they are so reluctant to even pick up my calls I have made more than 50 by now wasting my precious time on them but none were answered

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last December 2021, We were asked to pay an amount of rupees 84k to proceed into the second round of kcet Engineering. It was informed that if we cancelled the seat before the prescribed time we would be eligible for the refund. We did cancel the seat before the given deadline and haven't yet received the refund amount even after 6 months. Kindly request to provide us immediate assistance.
