I am Sumeeth Kumar S NaiK, Under graduate who applied for Higher studies exam called PGCET conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority and paid the fee sum of 510 ( Five hundred ten rupees ) Application fee :500, Bank Charges :10 into credit of KEA Accno KPCETA My KEA Ref number: KPCETA[protected] The transaction was successful and my Bank Reference no:[protected] The payment was made on June 6 2019 in Corporation Bank (Neelavar / Kunjal Branch ) IFSC code:CORP0002976 and yet my payment status in my login stays "Payment Not Confirmed" the payment section usually gets updated within 5 minutes but mine its been 8 days still no progress I tried contacting the phone no they have listed in site None of the contact is reachable and no response for email I even tried contacting KEA they never picked call or responded to my email
I enquired in bank several times to check for mistake made entering my credentials n ref no
Everything (Kea Refno, payment status Accno ) checks out in Bank including successful transaction .
Application gets rejected if payment status not updated by them
It is matter of my future as I have refused job offers to pursue higher studies and I have to wait an entire year if application gets rejected
From my grievance above I am requesting either of the following 1: Confirm my transaction and Accept my Application
Or
2: Pay me Refund of Rupees 500 that I have paid My payment proof is attached
