Karnataka State Law University — Non-Issuance of Original Certificates and Unreasonable Delay in Degree Certificate by Karnataka State Law University (KSLU)

I am filing this complaint against Karnataka State Law University (KSLU) regarding the unreasonable delay in issuing my academic certificates despite payment of all prescribed fees and repeated follow-ups.

I successfully completed my BBA LLB degree and applied for my original Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC), Passing Certificate, and Convocation Degree Certificate through Seva Sindhu/KSLU. My Degree Certificate application was submitted on 20/04/2026, and more than two months have passed without any update regarding its issuance.

I have raised multiple complaints through Seva Sindhu and have repeatedly contacted KSLU officials through email. However, no meaningful response or resolution has been provided. The only response received from Seva Sindhu is that the matter has been forwarded to the concerned department and that I should continue to wait. No actual status update, timeline, or action has been communicated.

This delay is causing serious hardship as I urgently require these certificates for higher education admissions, visa processing, and official documentation. Despite paying all required fees, KSLU has failed to provide the service within a reasonable timeframe and has not responded adequately to my grievances.

I request immediate intervention and direction to KSLU to:

1. Issue my original PDC and Passing Certificate without further delay.
2. Provide the current status of my Convocation Degree Certificate application submitted on 20/04/2026.
3. Confirm the expected date of issuance and dispatch of all pending certificates.

I have retained copies of payment receipts, application details, complaint records, and email correspondence and can provide them if required.
