I have drafted a below letter Vice-Chancellor - KSOU and didn't find any response from them so far. Please HELP me as those people are not bothered about STUDENT FUTURE. They are only here to collect the FEE and run their business. To, Vice-Chancellor Karnataka State Open University, Mukthagangotri, Mysore-570006 Dear Sir, Do you know what is happening in your University ?. I am running behind people since last November 2014 to get my marks issue sorted out and your people seems very selfish here. Below I am attaching all artifacts before I commit something. Below are the follow ups I have done 1) In the month of August 2010 I came to KSOU and submitted a hand written application to get the marks cards corrected for 3rd SEM by submitting the both 3rd Semester and 6th Semester marks cards in original. 2) After 2 months when I again came to KSOU & haven't got any help from anyone to address my issue. They simply asked me to come after few weeks as it is going to take time. 3) On November 7th 2014, I visited KSOU and have told all the mishap happened to Girish sir ( +91 [protected] ) at Examination Department and again submitted one more hand-written application. When we are searching on the registry we found that there was no marks assigned for that specific subject ( BSIT-31 ). 4) In the month of January 2nd week, Mr Girish called me and said that he has verified the OMR sheet and found the marks declared for the subject as 47 (BSIT31) and told that he didn't find the IA marks obtained hence he only insisted me to get the details either from VET or Study Centre. 5) Finally I got to know that either VET or Study Centre guys doesn't HELP to get my IA details, hence requested Mr.Girish to proceed without IA. 6) On 6th April when I visit KSOU again, Got to know that Girish was replaced by Mr.Mahesh - [protected], Again I got into situation to explain Mr.Mahesh - [protected] about all mishap happened and given a Hand written letter to him requesting to do the needful ( Same has been attached ) 7) As a follow up when I called Mr.Mahesh - [protected] after 10 days to my visit, He claimed that nothing found and he need to chase up with VET for the same or he can't HELP anymore on this. Is this the way your people work ?. People are ready to blame each other irrespective of doing the needful for students. The way they speak is like both work for KSOU but they are the only enemies here. Mahesh will tell that Girish is of no use likewise Girish tell that Mahesh is of no use. Then Who is there to HELP us here sir. I am attaching each and every mail I sent to VET, DG, Registrar and You so far. All these artifacts will be sent to Media if I do not get any response from you guys by or before August 15th. It will be sent to the below listed and commit suicide because my company is ready to drop me if I don't submit them by then. You may treat this as threat but not it s a humble request ( I beg you again and again ), Since I am from middle class family and can't survive without these Degree certificates, I found only the way is to say " Good Bye ". Still I am begging my Higher Management for Extending the due dates as I am facing all issues only from your KSOU. I had enrolled in MBA in Karnataka State Open University, Belgaum . My study centre is at anagol. I have completed all the semesters successfully but have not received Mark Sheet for the 4th Semester examination held in 2013.I have cleared the exam according to the online results. I have been chasing the concerned persons at the centre but there has been no help from their end and no action has been taken so far. till today there is no reply from study centre as well as from university. if it is happening with all students what is the use of doing higher education with KSOU.

I am Neelam, I am studyng Maters in food and nutrition from KARNATAKA STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY Manasagangotri . I finished my first year and result announced in November but still I have not received my mark-sheets, As I have relocated to USA this mark sheet is very valuable because I can work here until my mark-sheets get evaluated, after requesting several times also, I am not sure weather they will give my marsksheet or not? There is no intimation about the exams.& we dont know how much marks alloted to each paper.& there is no past years question papers .while taking admisson through online they talk nicely and they will call again & again for admission only...after that there is no responce..even thou so many complaints about books & other related query .but no responce from them .the best thing is shut ksou..waste worst university...

Respected Sir, I had registered at KSOU study centre in Delhi through VET, Pitampura and have Roll Number 13247MAENG)0152. I appeared in the 1st year MA English Exam in June through VET in 2014. Since the marks declared in the KSOU website for collaborator results were not clearly understood by me, I asked for an explanation. I was told that those marks were external out of 80 and the internal marks out of 20 would be included and given to me in my marksheet. Meanwhile one person from the centre suggested I should appear for repeater exams whereas the other said that all my papers are cleared. Till date i.e. 31/03/15 I am yet to get my 1st year marksheet. I have already registered for the 2nd year and would be appearing for my 2nd year exams shortly. Kindly expedite the process of sending the said marksheet as I have been told that the University is yet to print the marksheets for our results. I have already mailed to Registrar evaluation-KSOU and spoken to him regarding the same. I look forward to your kind co-operation in this regard. Thanking you.

Correction Required in Result of Reg No. [protected] Respected Sir, I " SABIHA KHATOON " studying in M.A 2nd Year in Urdu and having Reg.No : [protected]. Results announced of M.A Urdu 2nd Year on 3rd Sept 2014. In one paper X is showing Absent, As I had attempted that also. its showing Absent. For your information :-- I had posted required documents with attendance sheet collected from Gulbarga college center with seal & Signature of college Principal Sir. Speed Post done on 8th Sept 2014 as soon as result Result announcement. I tried calling and sent many emails to concerned person but no response from University and no updates Today date 3-Dec-2014 Mark card is received with no updated same as Absent in one subject. Hello.. We Prashika Tamang bearing registration number 121072MTCE0045 and Tashi Rapden Wangchuk bearing registration number 121072MTEE0040 had appeared for first semester M.Tech during the session August 2013 in civil engineering and electrical engineering respectively. The name of the centre was Angel Public school Suryasen colony block B part 2, Bhakti nagar Siliguri, 734007 and study centre was KSOU 696. Unfortunately due to the inconvenience we had to change the study centre. Now we are in need of marksheet but we have not received till date i.e 21.11.2014. We would be very thankful if you could help us with our original or duplicate marksheets.

Result not announced for Mtech 3rd sem in VET, KSOU. Last time also same thing happened. I appeared for exam but my result did not announced. I checked with all the university members and all the concerned persons but they ignored and said reappear for the exam. I reappeared this time(July 2014), but this time also result not declared. Please help in this regard. Dear Sir, Please note that I have appeared exam of 3rd, 4th&5th semester.I paid all fees RS.45000/-(no any receipt given by university)but till date I could not gotten any marksheet till date. Ours is a organisation named as Digied, based in 454, Nageswar Tangi, Bhubaneswar -751002, ORISSA.Cell - [protected] under National Coordinator, named as Virtual Education Trust and Bharat PG College, Chennai under KSOU, Mysore.

Our complaint is that, we have not received the Marks Card of June / July 2012, Dec/Jan 2013 and June/July 2014 of MA(Education) till date under VET, Pitampura, New Delhi National Coordinator.

Also we have not received the Marks card and Provisional Certificates of students under National Coordinator of Bharat PG College, Chennai.

So the students career are in problem and there are agitated.We have tried on contacting the National Coordinator and the Unversity staff also, but not getting any proper response and they are avoiding us.

Hi, I had taken up an graduation programme form KSOU. During my 2nd year I had submitted all my assignments to the college said by university & even they had given me the confirmation on receipt of it, but when i got my final marks the assignment marks were not included. when I went and asked them about it after a year they made me to go here and there and finally they were just blaming each other and saying that assignment is not there with them, Second Thing is about the exam of same second year subject, I had written this exam once and i did not get passed out, So i wrote exam again and this time i was well prepared and written well in exam but when I got the marks it was the same mark which i got in my previous exam. I am sure they have either lost my exam paper or trying to make money out of the exam fee. Please help me i can fight for this. Dia
