I'm a bca graduate from karnata university dharwad 2011 pass out.
I had applied for convocation in october 2016 and university people told me i will be recieveing the convocation by april 2017.
It is may now and when i call up and ask they say if its an urgency you have to pay 6000 or wait till next october. Do whatever you want, we cannot send for normal applications now.
I had confimed my current working company that i will be submitting the convocation certificate by may 2017, now they will take action on me for not submitting the convocation.
