My self vishwanath yedavi i was completed bba in 2011 but stil now i am not apply conversation certificates so please suggest me procedure for applying for the same. And also please provide me fees details including penalties for the delay, if it is pisible for online application submission then provide me web site for the online procedure in karnataka university dharwad
