In 2013 I booked Flat in Karrm Garden Phase -1.very lucrative and trapping modern techniques were adopted by Marketing department .I was assured 30% appreciation and was forced to buy one flat by way of marketing hypnotizing techniques .LICHFL loan was credited by Builder more than proportionate construction work.Due to mental shock, constant piercing feeling of cheated made me Sick of BP/SUGAR, others.
I cancelled flat booking but case was not settled and kept lingering till today.I don't know when Loan account will be settled by builder.Builder committed possession of Flat In Dec2014 .Now no responses from builder.
It is true India is heaven for fraudsters.
Members of K G Phase one now going to court case .I donot know kab tak chalega silsilaa
