Karta Loan — Without confirmation credited the amount and saying to pay more amount

In my account on Jan 8 Rs 2100 credited to my without confirmation and now they are saying to pay the amount they given me the number to pay i paid 3500 but also they are torturing to pay and I'm receiving the msgs to complete the due amount
