My mobile No[protected] My Deposit amount 1200RS I give the cancellation request on 18-12-16 Reference No:[protected] after one or two days itself am stop using the service and broken sim card also. Customer care person informed me this mobile going to cancelled with in one month. After that some executive called my alternative number I said them to cancel the service and give my deposit amount as soon as possible. But 5-Feb 2017 again bill generated against my cancellation number. Last Bill amount[protected] Rs after that I called to customer care on 09-02-17. again I give the cancellation request Ref No[protected]. they are telling number is not cancelled from[protected] because of some executive called my alternative number and I give the confirmation for cancel my service cancellation request. am not give those type of confirmation to them. Just Think, If i cancel my cancellation request, then how can i use the service with out sim card because already broken. i[censored] have doubt please check after 20-12-16 my incoming call & out going call. how can you expect to pay this amount without using the services.
