Dear cmc team,
I 've reported by 12 midnight y'day in your casualty ward for the kidney stone issue with severe pain.
2 major mistakes happened at casualty area that too with my severe pain.
1) re-x ray taken by 6.30 am, since the 1st one taken at 2.30 was missed out by your team.
2) re blood sample taken by 6.40 am, since 1st time blood sample taken at 2 pm was wrongly loaded in wrong colour tube.
What is the system you have to avoid such mistakes.
Pls understand, patient is not a robo, to tolerate ever y mistakes done by you.
Awaiting your sincere response and reply for this mistakes happened at your end that too in casualty area.
