Kartik [protected] — Providing fake project which is already avaialble in github

I want approached from a number [protected] and his name is: Kartik and he mentioned "I have 5 Years of experience in full stack development, Last 2 month I worked on 30+ freelance projects".
Believing his words, I have ordered for a project "Health care chatbot" and I paid Rs.3000/ to his number in Gpay.
After receiving the code, I came to know I was fooled. Because, he just downloaded a code from Github and give the same without changing anything. Immediately I send the screenshot proofs of it. I asked of refund of my money. But he did not provided it. So I will make the legal complaint with the proofs so he will face the consequences. This is to make awareness that anybody don't get cheated like me. He is completely fraud.
