Complaint
My Tata Tiago XT-Option(Grey) was booked on February 22nd, and the dealer, M/s Malwa Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., has committed to deliver between March 1st and March 31st, 2022. I applied for a bank loan on March 23rd and received a sanction letter on March 26th. They continued delaying delivery week after week, and I'm still waiting. Leaving the delivery aside, they informed me today that costs had been raised by Rs. 13, 000 per month (Apporx). I was already annoyed by the delivery delay, and now this has added to my dissatisfaction. I have filed many complaints with Tata Motors officials and provided my contact information and dealer information, but have received no answer as of now. Who wants to wait months for a product with a higher price tag?
We are not accepting such irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm as Tata motors.
We need the delivery at later this month with a promises price at the time of booking.
