We took my grandma for emergency care and they admitted her. She is 84 yrs old.
1) After that in general ward they took her blood without using belt on hand, first they took blood by filling 3 testtube. Then they got to know their mistake o[censored]sing wrong testtube so again they took one more testtube blood, when she react on that some of her blood got loss.
2) in morning she was in sleepy mode due to high dosage of medication. So doctor suggested nurse to use nasal tube for giving her food. As i know nasal tube will applicable for thise patient who not able to eat more than 1-2 days. In afternoon one more person came to take blood, i updated her that grandma feel pain then she will react we need few more people, but she still tried to take blood and grandma pushed her and remove nasal tube from right hand from which that lady trying to take blood. When we inform sister that ward doctor shouting at me that relative are their to take care of patient (relative should do nurse job) when i was trying to tell her that because of that lady who taking her blood this happen, but that dr refuses to agree with me and still blaming relative so i also gave reply in her tone after some time that lady dr came to apply nadal tube she was very unprofessional because she feel vomating because patient did motion.
Since next day afternoon she was ok so we updated nurses to remove that tube and try to give liquid food from mouth but they said once dr will suggest then on they can do but they havent consult dr about same. Dr not allowing to discharge her and daily taking her blood. When we ask them they told you need to take her on your risk by signing paper. But wil hospital take blame if anything happen 2ith her in hospital because as per staff ignorance and their medication i feel all patient 2ill go lifetime on bed.
If this will not consider then i will raise a complaint on medical authority.
