Hi I need information about my old shares. When I contacted the company that I had those shares in they asked me to contact Karvy. I sent an email to [protected]@karvy but it bounced back. Kindly let me know how I can contact Karvy to sort out my issue. Thank you.

1. I have an account in grow app and my account is frozen due to the non reverification of my account details.sir, when I clicke on the given link of kra given in grow app the mail id is shown as [protected]@rediffmail.com
2. my registered id is [protected]@gmail.com.sir in this process my phone no and pan no verified but i am not getting OTP on the shown mail id that is [protected]@rediffmail.com.thatswhy i am unable to complete revalidation process.
3. I have posted many quaries in grow app, 5paisa app and the other platform but found no solution.

4. I have a lot of E mail to KARVY KRA But I did not receive any response from there.I also tried Telephonically but not got any response.

I am facing a problem with Axis Long Term Equity Fund - Regular Growth - Growth, the redemption transaction got rejected due to KYC hold.

I got mail from Shreya Shetye, CDSL Ventures Ltd,
they said Kindly contact KARVY KRA for a query related to KYC.

Karvy company was not provided any relieving letter while we moved out from organization. Now I want to shift to another company. While they checking Background Verification. It came out. They are asking the resignation letter.

So please share me the letter

It's very urgent, because my joining is on Monday and before that i have to submit the reliving letter of karvy. My name is Gadwala Harika Niveditha, I worked in Karvy Vijayawada branch back in 2019 June till Jan 2nd 2020. I resigned through Karvy HR portal and my employee id is 1057259. I was recruited by Karvy through Citadel wealth advisory pvt Ltd, my employer is Citadel but I was recruited by Karvy and I worked for Karvy, so I do not have any direct contact with Citadel. When I asked for relieving letter, I didn't receive any relieving letter. Now I'm facing issue with my new employer as I do not have relieving letter from Karvy/Citadel. When I approached to Karvy HRs they denied giving relieving letter saying you are from Citadel and that company is closed now, so we cannot give you anything. I tried going to Citadel company as per the addresses provided online i Bangalore and Hyderabad but there is no company in that given address. I request Karvy to provide me relieving letter as my onboarding with new employer is on hold due to this issue.

How to get the recovery of shares from karvy pool, I have already been provided holding statement from karvy

I made a complaint on Nov 24 2022 and i got a reply says that your complaint has been forwarded to Karvy Customer Services and soon you'll get a call back but its been around 2 weeks i've not receiving any call from Karvy. So i requested you to please provide my relieving letter as soon as possible bcz my new company pressure me to submit a letter or else i lose my job. Kindly take this complaint as a serious issue & do the needful
