I want to file this complaint against Kasar Credit and Capital Pvt. Ltd. (SalaryOnTime) for the following reasons:
Harassment and Intimidation:
I received a legal notice dated 03 Nov 2025 threatening criminal action under Sections 318, 337 & 338 of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, which are unrelated to loan defaults. This is a clear misuse of law intended to intimidate.
Questionable Advocate Credentials:
The notice claims to be from Advocate Vicky Gupta (Enrolment No. D/13032/2023), but verification attempts show no record in the Bar Council database.
Possible Fraudulent Practices:
The company is demanding ₹54, 450 for an alleged loan of ₹27, 500, without providing any valid agreement or transaction proof. I suspect misuse of personal data and coercive recovery tactics.
Violation of RBI Guidelines:
