CRIME
Gang operating from Ameeta residential building. Multiple attempt to attack and kill me whenever I go out and they chase me.
GRIEVANCE STANDS AS FOLLOWS.
1. Stop sending your gangster people to chase me and attack on me every time I go out of Ameet building.
2. And you have been doing such criminal activities for so long.
3 This morning these bastard people had blocked my way opp Madhusudan building. One was White scooter wala white dressed gangster and another one a servant working in Amitabh building always heavy a bag hanging on his back.
4. And these two people I had been observing for so long chasing me. Whether morning or during day time. A part of gang working in Ameeta building from some flat or flats. Even multiple times I had observed a car chasing me to hit and kill me. Over the excuse of car accident but in fact a cold blooded well planned murder.
5 I had pointed out these criminal activities to the secretary M V Gandhi when he visited my house in reference to structural damage repairing. But he took no action and kept quiet even for such serious matters.
6 The vital question is, how these gangsters come to know the moment I come out of the lift?
7 Through only one person. Your security guard Ashok or anybody. Sitting in front of the Ameeta office. just diagonal opposite the lift. From here he is the only person who could keep an eye on the people coming out of the lift. There is no other way these gangsters come to know so quickly about my coming out of the lift.
8. The security guard is working under the instruction of the society, the chairman Uma Naik and the secretary M V Gandhi. Without instruction from the chairman and secretary, there is no other reason why this security guard will inform these gangesters to chase me and attack on me.
9. Therefore I hold the chairman and the secretary wholly and severely liable for the crime punishable under the various section of IPC act and now BNS act.
10 it is not that these two people only are the part of gang running in Ameeta building but I have found other gangsters working in disguise of servants and maid servants in Ameeta building.
11 every time for so long these gangsters whether male or female, [censored] or son of [censored] always found whatever time it could be, no matter wherever I go. This proves how criminal and bastard these gangesters are.
12. Stop all these criminal activities immediately. Otherwise being constrained I would begin my action to the most severe level as permitted by law to defend my rights which you are infringing. Your black history is flooded with criminal activities. All on record. Enough evidence to prove who is behind all these criminal activities to hit and kill me. Through multiple attempts. Again and again.
