Kashyap Modular Inc — misuse of credit card | |
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that today i got the call from unknown number([protected]) stating she is from SBI bank and asked for my credit card Number (16 digits), i said last 4 digits and again she was asking for OTP generated which i didn't gave but infraction of minutes i got the message you have spent 8, 270 rupees on this credit card. I informed sbi and blocked my credit card now, how can she use my credit without OTP and i think she might have hacked my email id or mobile. Please register the complaint and help me to get the amount credited in my bank account. Please take action across such merchants.
There are so many fraud cases happening around same merchant, Kashyap modular Inc.
In my case, also 8270 got deducted and I had got card just a week back.
Not used anywhere.
But the lady who called claiming Sbi credit card department told my card details, address everything.
Why sbi is not keeping data secure?
How my details can get leaked?
