Kasmira1 — Product not delivered even after payment

Hello,

I came across kasmira1 website in instagram and has ordered items worth Rs.530 on 29Nov. I have not received any communication from them since then. With the Delivery tracking ID, I checked with delivering agency and got to know that the company kasmira1 did not dispatch my order and even after multiple emails, I did not hear any information.

I request you to take strict action on this fraud website and help me get my money back.
