I subscribed a payed version of Kaspersky Antivirus or whatever it's called... I'm not sure about the label.
Used it for nearly 1 (one) year. When I was about to renew my subscription, the program deleted an important file from my notebook. I tried to restore the file, but Kaspersky doesn't have any tolls to make it possible. Then I downloader a recovery tool - that took a long to show me that it was Impossible to recover a shred file.
I then decided to end my subscription immediately and reported it to Customer Service. My expectation was they would care about the issue and at least say: "we're sorry...blah..blah" but instead, they said the antivirus doesn't delete any files... No, it's not a joke; it's Brazilian Customer Service!
