Kasturba Gandhi Hospital, Delhi — Not issuing Form-16

I am Dr Noopur Verma i worked as Jr in this hospital and i was not amountable to pay tax as my earning was below 2.5 lac even though tax was deducted from my salary without any explanation. And now they are not providing Form -16 as well. I am being again and again told that it will be given at the end of july as their is delay of providing form-16 from IT department, if so kindly look inti the matter
