My Self, chirag patel. I had joined Kataria Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. Piplod, Surat as a Manager - HR on 11.04.2013 and left on 31.05.2014. But after 9 months of my leaving the company, I am still waiting for my F & F dues like 1 month 6days salary ( 31, 000/- per month ), Bonus for 1 year, Paid Leave balance encashment etc. I have asked them many a times for clearance of my dues to the concern authorities of the company but all in vain. I have loadge complain through Labour Office, Nanpura Surat also and its proof is attached herewith.
Please do the needful to clear my above dues with interest amount.
