They told bus will depacher at 11 pm.. But it was depacher at 12:15am.. Saturday.. After reaching at nellour to chennai highway.. Rot as stoped the bus due to mom manage of proper permit papers..

Here we r suffering from last 3 hours.. Still now these people not given any alternate vechale...

    These are the ticket details. I have book the ticket with name prasad. He is my father. Ticket price is very high but because of his health condition i have booked the ticket with rs.1160.85 /-. My father called to him couple of times he didnot replied. He is a heart patient searched for here and there.. He was not able to find the bus. For bus almost he waited 1 hr. Finally driver pic the call and said we cross the panama we cannot wait for you. Who will be the responsible person for this. This is the second time im facing this type of issues with kaveri travels. I have never faced this problems with any other travels. I want my money back asap.

      Now i am traveling for mysore from from raichur in sleeping type bus

      My boarding time is 6:30 pm i came 1hr before but bus left at 7:0 pm driver told we are waiting for passengers i didn't ask anything because they are also like us then after i slept because i got strain then for dinner he gave stop in middle but on that time i don't no i slept not only me another person in u15 he also slept and in 11:30 pm driver shouted if anybody wants to go for toilet ask them to go where near petrol bunk on that i requested sir i didn't eat any thing pls stop for 5 minutes i will take any junk food parcel i am not asking near hotel any shop near road side that driver said "l gave stop to eat but you slept means what we have to do i can give only in next after 100 km i won't give stop anywhere up to that if you want to give complaint you can give already one of the passengers came late by 30 minutes we can't stop we have lot of rules" see i don't have any idea to give complaint but when he said like that ok i told i i do it and then i came one thing i got conclusion " in cavery travels having driver s when they wants to eat when they want rest then only thery are giving stops not for passengers purpose i traveled in lot of travels but i didn't found this kind of service and one more thing driver is telling we have lot of rules what rules no where you mentioned the timings and name of the hotels to eat but where the hotels are favor for drivers they give stop. This is worst driver pls guide him other wise you loose traveling people s see in weekend and holidays time you are going to hike the ticket price in regular days you are changing 750 but now 999rs but service not happy.

        I have booked my travel ticket from chennai to vizag on 24.08.17 for 2460/-. It is the double charge as compared to usual charges. I was stucked in traffic and requested them to wait for 10minutes. But they just said sorry and disconnected the call. I have again contacted but the way they spoke to the travellers is just ridiculous. Pl take action on such staff and if repeats it damages the reputation. Any how i'm not going to prefer this kaveri travels again and don't want to recommend as well.

          I an travelling in kaveri travels. Journey: rudeless behaviour. Annavaram-ongole; coachno:ar 01 g 8789; attendent: mahesh; cont no: [protected]; reptime: 11:44 pm. My bus time is 11:44 it is 1 hr late and driver has rude behaviour. We are in pickup point from 9pm at gudimetla annavaram. I have already called to conductor number but it is not driver number which i got from kaveri. He gives driver number to me. I called him and informed. Driver also 2times told the bus was late. After 12.45 the driver called and asking where are you. I have tel i am waiting at pickup point. He said the bus is in bypass this is pickup point not gudimetlu. But i got a message wait at gudi metlu annavaram. Driver and cleaner used vorgal language in call and they has rude behaviour. This is very bad thing. Kaveri gjves one pickup point but bus waited at another point soo bad thing...
          I am passenger traveling from Hyderabad to tadepalligudem. They dropped me at location lb nagar and told to wait at 10 pm. Is this fair to make a women stand on road with no protection on road. This is so bad to ur travels

            I am travelling in KHYD 1008A service no, PY01CK 9519.

            Seat numbers are 11U, 12U. These seats are under Air conditioner. So much cool air is hitting us. Curtens are flying, we are not able to control them. We asked the bus service guys, they are telling that you have to check before booking tickets.

            I request the bus service guys to reduce the AC cool. They are telling that they will reduce, but not happened.

            My kid is suffering from fever.

            My kind request to all travels and Kaveri travels, don't allow these seats while booking for family, old or sick persons.

            Please block these seats permanent.

            We are not happy. We book tickets in sleeper bus, to the reason that we have to sleep during travel.

            It is not useful for us.

            Kaveri travels has to look into this matter seriously.

            No one can not sleep in chilled condition.
            I paid more than 2000 rs, not worth.

              I had to travel by kaveri travels from Goa to hyderabad on 11/02/2017(i did not have any option as i had to reach hyderabad on 12/02/2017). the pick up point suggested was where we stood but the driver asked us to come over to the petrol bunk which was 0.5 kms away. i had my 2 kids and my wife walk all the way to the boarding point at the petrol bunk carrying the 3 luggage bags. after i got into the bus and settled down i see that the driver/cleaner does not give me the proper route description of entering into hyderabad(i asked them 3 times yet no response).
              after all this the driving was so rash that i could not sit on the sleeper seat for even 5 minutes steadily. one of the times my kid got hit by the steps as he was sitting and watching the movie. i complained about the driving several times but in vain.
              i finally want to say that
              i will never recommend anyone to book by kaveri travels,
              may your rivals put you out of business one day,
              may your reputation go so bad that you have no other option but shut down.

              its the authorities who are so irresponsible to let such worse travel operators work with guts.
              YOU ARE TREATING THE PEOPLE WHO PROVIDE YOU LIVLIHOOD LIKE HERD OF SHEEPS.
              one day you will pay for your recklessness.

                I booked one ticket from banglore to bapatla on[protected] through yatrageni. I got call from 31 and they told me the bus was cancelled due to bus is not reached bang lore. Till that day i am not getting any refund.. Could you please do favor for getting the money.

                Boarded Kaveri sleeper 10 pm from Ongole. The bus was supposed to go via chilakaluripet but it went to Addams which was off the main road and took long route, there was no proper sleep. Stopped the bus everywhere

                  I travelled from vijayawada to bangalore on 1-may-16. Early morning 6.15am i connected my mobile to charging socket available with pocket in individual cabin (That's the mistake of my life). I took nap for 2 minutes. After i wake up, i realized my mobile is not in mobile pocket. Some one intentionally snatched the mobile kept for charging. Only one lady has got down in kolar. I really don't know who snatched my mobile.
                  But when i asked cleaner, did you see? He suggests me you should keep mobile safely, whom we will ask and how we will ask so carelessly? I got the impression that they will provide facilities like charging but if you turn your head for a moment they will snatch the valuable items.
                  Be aware don't charge your mobile in travel bus unless you are supervising it personally. I already gave police complaint, they are tracking it. Person who stole my mobile will get a lesson for sure and he will not forget in his life.

                    Refund still not been credited to my account.

                      Harsh driving by private travels drivers, reckless answer given by the driver to a women evenafter complaining to the owner. Really scared with the driving manner.                         The actual time posted to araival time is 45 mins late as we're made to stand in road till the time.driver splits gutka through window which falls on open window seat .when asked behaves rude this service have pickup vehicals and Dnt even dare to talk with them..they behave as they own you and Dnt bother responding back.plays pirated movies till midnight.even if asked to stop by 11..picks up people on way and the cleaner guys make a fuzz in the whole bus fighting for extra 100/rupees ..

                          Hi, i booked the ticket from hyderabad to mydukuru on 21st night.
                          Pickup van is sheduled at 9. 45pm at paradise but pickup van came around 10. 30pm that is not a problem we all know about traffic.
                          Next day morning around 5am reached mydukur bus dropped me at bypass. I asked him to drop me town he simply said bus doesn't go inside you have to go by walk.
                          What does it mean when you have passengers you have to drop them inside the town. You should not drop them at outside.
                          I have no chioce i went by walk aroung 1. 5kms. This makes bad impression on kaveri service.

                            SMS got on ticket booking: [protected][protected]-------- Ticket No KAVERI1680574, Hyderabad-Kavali-KNLR-06 (Seats-R11) DOJ[protected], Gachibowli-9:30PM. Ph:[protected] SMS got on date of journey just before 2 hours to board the bus: [protected][protected][protected][protected]-- Journey Hyderabad to Kavali CoachNo: AP 27 TT 7737 Attendant: jagan; Contact No: [protected]; RepTime:9:15PM Time 9:10PM: The above details I got in SMS after booking ticket. As per the time mentioned in sms, I reached boarding point (at 9:10PM) and was waiting for pickup cab. While I was waiting I called to number [protected] mentioned in sms several time. They were keep on telling call our office on [protected]. But, this phone number always says busy. (Let me try now once again... Now time is 11:56 PM. Still it is saying busy and not able to accept any calls. ) At Time:9:45PM : I asked to give one more number so that I can ask till how much time bus would take to reach my boarding point. Then I got a number which is pick up van boys'([protected]). When I called this person he told he was at kottaguda and was heading towards gachibowli. but, no kaveri travels cab came till 30 minutes. When I call pick up van person again he answered, cab would have came there between 9PM-9:15PM. At Time : 10:30PM I called to [protected] and asked where was the bus currently. He told, bus was at punjagutta. He told one tragic story. "There are two more tickets at gachibowli and they were in. I was the only person didn't get into that bus." But, I am 100% sure that bus or van didn't come to the boarding point they mentioned since 9:10PM. He was just telling some wrong stories as he use to tell daily to other passengers. Totally I was frustrated with these people behaviour and returned back to home with so much of angry on Kaveri travels since it hired such irresponsible people for this job. Now the time is 12:17AM. Still Kaveri travels customer call is telling it was busy. I think, It is a fake number which responds using some IVR- Interactive voice response. Totally KAVERI TRAVELS is playing with passengers. I do not suggest any one to do any thing but, my self I lost positive opinion on this travels. GOOD BYE to KAVERI TRAVELS :) I know this post is not enough to teach a lesson to such people but, I am an ordinary person can't do more than this. Might be Kaveri managements and it's employee would have thought the same and they replaced some other person on my ticket and didn't picked me up at my boarding point. I am ready to take any legal action on kaveri travels since I have all calls conversations and messages list with me on my phone and saved them safely on disk. May be in future I may get a chance to rise my voice. If anyone know how I can do that please send me a mail on [protected]@gmail.com Hoping nothing...

                              We have booked 2 tickets from ongole to Hyderabad in online through Abhibus.com. The service number is KOH-2. This is non-AC bus. The seat numbers are L13 and L14. L13 is for my brother and L14 is for me. But my brother was not travelled due to some reasons. His seat number L13 and we were unable to cancel it because of the cut off time was crossed. But the bus driver and cleaner was sold this seat(Seat number L13) to some one and some one was sit in the same seat. I asked to cleaner and driver regarding this. I asked them as "how can you sold this ticket?. If you sold this then you have to give the money to me.I asked them like this. But they talked very rashly and told me to contact office but the time was already between night 12 to 1. How can I contact office at that time and my mobile also switched off. Motning, I called to customer care and they told me to raise a complaint in the kaveribus.com website. I have raised the complaint through kaveribus.com website but there is no response I have called ongole also to the number [protected]. The driver number is [protected] and the service number is KOH-2 and the journey date was 15th January, 2014 with Non-A/C bus from ongole to Hyderabad. The ticket numbers are as follows: L13: Suresh Gurram: ABRS2759341 L14: Badari Gurram: ABRS2759349. I called to Kaveri bus travels head office also but there is no response. How can kaveri travels run the services with these type of drivers? they are talking very rashly. When I called to office, they are saying we are not responsible for this. talk to driver. When I contact driver, He is saying contact office. Is this right way they are talking?
