The site https://kaverionline.karnataka.gov.in/ says they allows for EC (Encumbrance certificate) needed for Khatha. After EC online service application and fee payment is done the status later shows that the EC is ready for download but there is no EC, just the index. Also there is no active helpline. The gov site creates misleading statistics of processing of applications but actually there is no output and they wants you to come to the office and we all know what follows.
