kavitha — Not refunding cancellation fee

Hi,

We had booked 5 flight tickets from bangalore to mumbai throught Akasa Airlines, and as per the norms we were there 1 hour before the departure and that stupid airlines didnt allow us to check in.

Our trip was cancelled, and clear trip cancelled the trip and Akasa refunded 640 for each ticket and clear trip is not ready to refund the same.

Please raise the complaint and refund the same
