I hope this message finds you well. I am Kavitha Dondeti, and I am writing to urgently address the ongoing delays and recent developments concerning my employment with Accenture.
Background:
Offer Letter: I received my offer letter from Accenture on September 12, 2024, with an initial joining date of December 16, 2024.
Resignation from Previous Employment: In reliance on this offer, I resigned from my previous position to join Accenture.
Tentative Joining Date: Subsequently, I was informed of a tentative joining date of December 23, 2024. However, I have not received any further updates since then.
Attempts at Communication:
Direct Outreach: I have made multiple attempts to contact Ms. Deevika Srivastava (HR), Mr. Junaid X. Ahmed (Level 1), and Ms. Sunitha Senthil (Level 2) via emails and phone calls but have not received any responses.
Formal Complaint: I have submitted a formal complaint regarding this matter; however, there has been no follow-up or acknowledgment.
Curren... acing many mental tensions and financial issues due to this worst offer I left a good job. Even I raised a complaint also but no response atleast provide some higher level people mail or contact details I will request my concerns. Is there any solution for this how many months I need to wait. I have all proofs of mails and calls. Due to the accenture offer currently I lost my job. Please help on the above issue or atleast provide contact details which I need to contact except that hr she never lift calls.
I don't know where need to complaint against this situation. Currently I am jobless because of this accenture offer. I attended 2 virtual and one face to face interviews.
Could you please share higher officials mail id's or contact details I will raise my concerns.
