This is one of the fraud company they are just cheating the fresher by taking 30000/- rs as a training amount and they do not provide any training and they are not giving any salary. This company did not have registration and they are running the company illegaly. this company did not have any branch this is just a fraud company. All proof are attached in this.

I have been working with KavNiya Technologies as Business Analyst for almost 2 years. The company is registered under NASSCOM and has been too good in terms of paying out to the employees ON TIME and never did we experience in the past (and will never in future) that the salary was kept on hold/unpaid to any of the employees who were/are working here. The company offers you the privilege to empower your thoughts in bringing benefit to the organization and never failed to recognize the deserved ones.

I had been worked 7 years in Kavniya and it has been very good place to work here. As some one mentioned that they are not paying properly, it's not a fact at all. They never hold single month salary and genuine on this. It is a company where I can see never get money from freshers (even I have joined as a fresher). It's right place to learn and explore technically in short span of time.
