Kay Kay Overseas Corporation — Delivered a defective product initially, when replaced faked the delivery as I never received it.

I ordered an Agaro hair volumizer brush from the said company on 27/09/24. It was an online payment via Amazon. Immediately after receiving it, I noticed that the heat-changing settings for the product were broken, I.e., a defect.

After placing a replacement order from Kay Kay Overseas Corporation via Amazon on the 4th of October, the delivery date was showcased as the 7th of October 2024.

but on 7th of October, without making an attempt for delivery the order status was updated as delivered and replacement complete.

i was cheated, as I was patiently waiting for my replacement. hence I would like a complete refund of 1749 rupees.
