KBCL India Ltd — Required for my refund

Dear Team,
This is to inform you that I had purchased a policy from KBCL india Ltd since 31 March 2010. which bond no 00002775. I had paid the amount to the company Rs. 24472/- after that company left their own business from the market and my local office was in etawah branch which has closed also.
Policy term has been completed since 30 Sep-2018 but not received any kind of confirmation from the Kbcl ends.
I have attached all the copies below mentioned for your reference.
