I have visited kc general hospital on[protected] to take consultation from orthopaedic doctor, with a reference from jindal hospital doctor.
When i get into room no. 13 (At around 12:15 pm) the duty doctor (Name not known) with a mask on his face (Dark & fat male doctor/practitioner) who was sitting along with few other trainee doctors (Seems to be) asked me what is my health issue and denied to consult and with very harsh behaviour directed me to go to surgery dept. (Room no. 16) and i left to room no.16 where the duty doctor again told me to go to orthopaedic ward (Room no.16). This time again the same doctor at room no.16 shouted that he will not consult this asked me to go from there.
I am an educated person and been very polite with this person with patience, but all my effort to convince this heartless doctor, has been went in vain and i had to come back to my home without any doctors consultation and treatment.
To be very honest with you, i have cried at that time once i came out of hospital, thinking that if this is the situation happens people who are educated and polite, what would be situation with poor, uneducated, village/weak and aged people with such rude doctors.
Request the management of kc general hospital, malleswaram, bangalore to look into this issue and take stern action on such doctors/practitioner/trainee to safeguard the poor and needy patients. Was this information helpful? |
