KCC Group Zirakpur — Complaint: KCC Group fraud

I am writing to formally complain about the fraudulent practices of KCC Group Zirakpur. Recently, I visited their Rose Home site and was convinced by their sales team to make an advance payment of 25% for a flat. Despite making this payment, I have not been given possession of the flat, and now their sales team is not responding to my calls or messages.

This behavior is completely unacceptable and constitutes fraud. I have tried to resolve this matter directly with the company, but they have been uncooperative and dismissive of my concerns.

I urge others to be cautious when dealing with KCC Group Zirakpur. They are conducting fraudulent activities and scamming innocent people. I demand a resolution to my issue immediately. If this matter is not resolved, I will take further legal action and report this to the relevant authorities.

Please investigate this complaint and take appropriate action against KCC Group Zirakpur to prevent others from being similarly deceived.
