I have purchased this software in the last month of march, 2023 from sales executive named vishal singh. He has made many false promises, detailed as follows:
As I am unable to generate ITR-3, ITR-2 jasons from this prestigious Software . Error saying that "ITR-3 not started." But your kind notice, all the competitors software providers have enabled ITR-3 & ITR-2 on their respective portals. Really a pathetic service it is from thier side.
Now, today "Auto fill" tab not shown by the portal which is being used to import 26AS/AIS details from the ITD Portal. Hence unable to import 26AS/AIS.
Also, Computation chart is also of very inferior quality e.g name and nature of business, Name of employer, financial particulars, bank details, Savings & FDR interest details, Capital Gains details only consolidated amounts have been shown on computation chart. Comprehensive details (as in KDK ZEN IT) is not being shown by express ITR. This is very basic computation chart and do not serve the purpose of our clients. Even not meeting our Firm's reputation. Also export in MS word is not available. Really a pathetic Computation Chart. I have spent 1800/- to purchase this but its real worth is not more than 500/-. I purchased "Express ITR" on the belief that this product will perform at par with The KDK Software. But it is really a damaging KDK software goodwill. Even Free Portals are providing far better services than this and their Computation Chart is far better than yours.
Company's executive promised at the time of the sale of the license that user can set computation chart according to the custom needs of the clients i.e. user can select what to show in the computation and to what to hide. In short, Computation will be the same as of ZEN IT spectrum Software. But this is a false commitment made by the company's executive
Its being 60 days passed after I purchased this pathetic software from KDK softwares, but no solution is provided for above said discrepancies. Really a shameful act on your part.
Please take immediate action to resolve my issue as I missed very good offers in the month of march from other software providers due to your executive's fake promises and now I am regretting my decision of buy this product.
If company is unable to solve my above said issues, please refund my entire amount of Rs. 1800 plus GST. And do not make false promises to your clients in the near future.
