Kdmal Epf Office — Non transfer of accumulated funds from one PF members to another PF members ID in an same UAN number

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been trying many years to withdraw my PF, but still can't I was jobless for many years, recently I joined this company in Hyderabad and since I want to transfer my old pf members amount to my new account in the same UAN number I couldn't do it, It got rejected twice reason my father's name (Dayanand Kumtakar) is reflecting as (Srilatha )which is my wife's name, I have checked in the UAN basic information it's showing correct, but even after raising grievance twice nothing happened I have uploaded what is showing in the UAN portal but still no resolution, I had been to the local pf office they asked to take phone number from Google and call KDMAL which I couldn't find in the net, kindly help me guide what to do i am in destress. Following are my details

My two transfer claim I'd KDMAL[protected] and KDMAL[protected]
Both unsuccessful
Grievance MHKND/E/2022/37227
And MHKND/E/2023/00021

Kindly help me transfer my previous company funds KDMAL/38491/109283 to APKKP/54320/47610

Kindly suggest and do the needful
