I’m writing this complaint with utter disappointment that, there is a frequent power cut in our area ( Agasanakere Nejar), where the KEB office is not responsive at all.
Whenever there is a power cut, immediately the KEB office number will be not reachable. If there is a little bit of rain then the things will be too difficult.
All the families here is having a same question that why KEB office is not able to fix this long time issue nor the local government is taking action on this KEB.
When there is any payment due they know how to follow up or remove the connection but when there is some issue, they are not alive.
