Keen Technologies — Cheated by taking money for course but did not provide service for refund

Srinivasa from Keen Technologies (phone number : +91-[protected]) took money promising to provide SAP MII course. And he did not provide service and stopped picking calls or stopped reverting to messages on whatsapp. He is a cheater and cheats innocent people of money. I really feel cheated of my hard earned money and had been begging him litterally to provide me my refund.
No response so far from them and no reimbursement.
Please help me file a compliant.
