Keerthana Coliving Paying Guest — PG policies are irrelevant and illegal

I am staying at Keerthana Coliving PG in Madhapur, Hyderabad for the past 5 months. I joined on 20th March, 2024 which is the mid of the month. I didn't few things here like the canteen which is not clean and we have to put our plate on someone's food particles on the table and eat which I don't like as it's unhuygenic. When I complained about this, the PG owner argued with me. He also wants the money in cash but not on UPI or bank account. Also there is no power backup due to which I face so much difficulty while working from home. So I decided to step out of the place and booked another room from 15th August. There is a board in the entrance of the PG which said, you need to inform 15 days before the joining date. So, I informed the same with the owner on 1st August, 2024 for which he told that you need to inform 15 days before 1st of the next month not 15 days before vacating and its written on board. On board it's written as joining date so I said I joined on 20th March. So, I informed well before for which he argued we have converted your joining to the first of the month and you need to stay till the month end or if you want just pay the amount for the whole month and leave. I don't understand what this conversion is about. Also on the same board it is written drinking and smoking is prohibited but here I see people smoke and drink every day and complained him on this but he didn't take any action. Now I want justice on this. I have told to the new PG that I will come on 20th August but I have to lose 10 days rent here in this PG just because of the owner's fraud nature. Please help me on this.
