My family and I decided to buy the renowned Keeway 250V from the Keeway Bike Showroom In Raja garden, and they disappointed us. Keeping aside their unfriendly and erratic behaviour, they are also extremely shady and irregular regarding money. They need to improve their punctuality. We had deposited Rs. 140000 in advance by NEFT for the delivery of the Keeway 250V in 3 days, and we did not receive the bike for a week. Their customer service could have been better, so we had no means to contact them but to go to the showroom where they spoke rudely with us like they were doing us a favour. Zero professionalism and hospitality.Incredibly terrible management of money and no respect for the customer’s feelings and time. The people work here at the Keeway Bike Showroom, do everything at their own convenience. I would suggest you to please invest your money and energy someplace else. Was this information helpful? |
