Keeyway — Faulty bike delivered

I purchase keeyway sr 250 on 1 august from basheera rider jogiwala dehradun Uttarakhand from the first day the following faults are shown in the bike :

1. the silencer of the bike getting worse sound and the engine get heated too much, i ride only 1 km and the engine get heated too much, when i complain to service center they said that the silencer need to be replace, i am surprising that how it possible that silencer need to replace with in 10 days when the vehicle running only 50 Km .

2. the sound from the front tyre Cames continuously, engineer came to fix it but still sound as it is .
3.the engine light showing when we on the vehicle every time .

4. Basheera rider ordered silencer 15 days ago but told that it takes 15 days more as the co send wrong silencer
