Kemioon.com — product delivery concern

Hi,

Kemioon has cheated us by changing the mode of payment after the payment is done.

I had purchased a product from seller Kemioon and the product is shipped through Aramex and I haven't received the product yet.

When I had a discussion with the representative from Aramex, I understand that the Payment Mode is Cash On Delivery.

Order No. is 22540

My tracking no. for the Aramex is [protected].

I had already paid the amount when I purchased the product online.

I have written emails to Aramex and Kemioon management and have not received any response.
