Updated by Saminak736 I Registered myself for part time job on 21febuary 2020 in KEN Technologies for work from home. In which I need to complete 10, 000 captchas in 10 days.After taking my Aadhar they send a link and told me to sign a digital signature(Via adnroid phone) and then they sent a copy of agreement to me whose terms and conditions were unknown to me.
They provided a login ID and Password to work and Fill captchas. I put very strong effort and filled captchas with attentiveness to complete the task, but when I saw the first report it was far behind my expectation and the next report also was the same. Then I realised the application is faulty and decided to quit. After 2-3 days a lady called for follow up and and told me that my work is incomplete and if I transfer 2000/- She can do it on mybehalf to which I refused.
Now on 04 March 2020 I received a mail and watsapp regarding the legal notice from a an advocate firm(what they told me), to make a payment of fine of 9500/- for the resistration which I earlier did. I recieved a call from [protected] to make payment of 9500/-, The
person who called scared me that company will file a case against me if I do not make a payment before 5PM on the same day. So I did it taking a debt from my brother, It's UPI transaction ID is[protected] from googlepay to the Legal Charges. Now he said a NOC department will call and provide me the NOC. Now I told my brother to talk and told him to act as neighbour, then the phone came from another number [protected] my BROTHER started talking to him and he asked me that I want to continue with firm or not to which I said NO, now the blackmailing again starts, he said "Pay lumsum 18k- before 5 PM or you will have to come to the court(Gujrat) and pay 95000/- to get rid of the agreement. Then my brother said I will rework with the firm and now he is asking Lumsum 16k as security deposit to get the work again and that too within 15 minutes else 135000/- you will have to submit in court. Disucsion continued for more than 45 minutes between my brother and that
person who was from NOC department.
I want my paid money back i.e. 9500/- UPI transcation ID[protected].
Please help me as am being financially thuged and mently tortured, consider this application as a needy
person's grief.
