I have paid Rs.5740.00 today dt. 14/02/2022. kvs fees of my child GOPI KUMAR MAHTO DOB:18.01.2012. Amount is deducted from my bank but showing the payment status "Initiated but not completed". Kindly resolve this issue as refund, Details are attached. Thanks

      My child studying in class 8.he is not been vaccinated as he is 13+.I am not willing to send him to school right now.as per government news I want online classes at least for this year ending session.teachers are not going any meeting with parents.if any thing wrong happen with my child I will blame each and everyone of school authority

        I made a payment on behalf of Ankush Nagar having Student ID [protected] on 14.01.2022 of Rs.2400 for the Q4 of F.Y.2021-22 but the amount was deducted from my Bank A/c and no receipt generated for the same. I checked on KVS fee payment portal and it showed that the payment was canceled. I waited for 2 working days but the status was showing the same result till now and the amount was not refunded to my account. I contacted my bank and they said that the recipient did not refund the amount so they are unable to do anything about it. I request you to take some quick action against the same.

          Sir/madam, I've paid fee for my child, But union Bank of India website is not generating challan . By my side the amount has been debited . I informed this issue in school and they said amount will returned by 3 working days but it's been a long time money has not returned . I kindly request you to return my amount as soon as possible . I hope your will kindly return the money.

            I had paid my son's school fee using bill desk via google pay and amount deducted from my account on January 14, 2022 at 9:30 PM. Later I realized that the amount paid not shown in the UBI Portal and I again paid the school fees through net banking on 29/01/2022 which is shown in the portal.
            Hence I humbly request you to refund Rs. 1800/-, ie, paid through Google Pay.

                  I have paid my school fee using bill desk and also got conformation from bill desk and amount is deducted from the account but fees is still unpaid in student's profile (union bank of India).kindly paid my school fees or refund it to.

                      I had paid my sisters friends school fees on jan 20th 9:34pm via gpay using their mentioned website.The amount got deducted but the website was showing as not paid and it was unsuccessful but my amount git debited from my bank account.I had also contacted them via email as they had mentioned but there is no response from them, even their phone doesn't work. even i contacted union bank but they told to contact kvs. i jave lost my money please help me get back my money we are poor people please dont play with us.

                        Sir i made a payment on dt 15.1.22 through Amazon pay upi rs 1800 txn id 201544640212 it shows txn sucessful but your system shows err i wait for 2 days and i make 2nd payment through creadit card on 17.1.22 and done but the 1st money didn't refund to my account yet sir you can check your system txn sucessful on 15.1.22 student id 041174117004402 please return my money as soon as possible thanks my mob no 9124883428

It is showing that transaction is successful but it is not completed at merchant side Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan and that money is not credited in my bank account.                             I have paid my son's fees through Google pay of amount 1800rs. It is showing that transaction is successful but it is not completed at merchant side Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangthan and that money is not credited in my bank account. Next day is the last date of submitting fees that's why I am once again submitted 1800 rs. through cyber cafe. So, please refund 1800rs. that is paid through Gpay.

                                Sir, I have paid my sisters 4th quaters fees Jan-Mar on 14/01/2022 its been 48 hours since the payment done by me from my upi ID but still the payment is not been reflected nor been refunded. There fore I tried contacting the associates from the number provided by the Union Bank website but there is no response on the call and also not on the email too. Please take strict action against it.

                                  Sir, I am Arif khan student of kV Amritsar, I am completely paid my fees through online, my amount is deducted from account and paid to kendriya vidyalaya sangathan at 10:14 pm in 14 January 2022 but online receipt is showing transaction failed.                                     I was trying to pay 4th quarter fee of Student ID - [protected] on 14 Jan 2022 amount has been deducted from my account but KV SCHOOL fee portal is showing transaction failed. So today I have paid again on 15 jan 2022 because as per school notice today is the last date to pay fee. But i didn't get back yesterday paid amount which was failed. The transaction Id of failed is WUP[protected]. Hence it's request to please return my amount at the earliest.
