I am shivam bharti. I was submitting my school fees I am student of KV2 Delhi cantt in class 11A on 12 Jan 2024 08:31 PM. I logged in to UBI KV FEES PORTAL and went to do online payment.
Then I paid the fees from upi. 3150 rupees was debited from my UPI account but the website reload and receipt was not generated and now it is showing "payment initiated but not completed"
Please help me get my money back.

I had paid a fees of Tanvi Negi class 12th science student from KVS New Tehri Town on 09 january 2024 at 09:52:38am by Google pay on union bank of India official website amount deducted at 09:54 am. Amount 1800 debited from my account but Receipt didn't received and it show Initiated but not completed.

I had paid fees 1800 rs the UPI Transaction lD :[protected] that time amount of 1800rs debited from my account.
I request to you either you initiate it with sucessful transaction or refund it.
So, Please do needful and try to resolve my issue as soon as possible

I paid my daughter's school fees for oct-dec 2023, 3rd quarter Rs.1950/- through Gpay app on billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank but yet payment not done in recipient bank, so kindly refund me and credit my bank account immediately.

Yesterday 17.10.23 I went to pick up my daughter from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Vikaspuri New Delhi, when I was going back home with my daughter, then the gate keeper and staff of the school stopped me and said that you are wearing the clothes (Capri bellow the knees and t-shirt), they are not allowed I was embarrassed to stand there and then told them who are you to said that this to me. Gate keeper said that the school. I asked whom he pointed that someone who belong to the school staff he also said the same thing, I went away from there. Today 18.10.23. I went to meet the principal ma'am (Mrs. Poonam Jain). So that the principal (Mrs. Jain) should explain to them that by stopping such a parent. They do not insult parents by their clothes in front of everyone. Earlier, the Peon did not let me go, after explaining a lot, he told a meet this madam and I said I have to meet the Principal (Mrs. Jain) only. Then madam said tell me, I will tell your issue to the principal (Mrs. Jain) and if she felt that she will call you, then I told her everything. And after few minutes then the principal (Mrs. Jain) called me to his chamber. I said hello and was about to say my thing that they started telling me that you can't come to my room in these clothes, next time come in proper dress. I said you are also saying that I am wearing bad clothes. He said yes. Children come to school to study, what will they learn? If you go to an office, then you wear shirt pants, don't wear it here too. I said I have come to pick up my child from school, what is wrong with this dress? If so, put a notice on the notice board as to what the guardian has to wear, different for the man and different for the woman. And she started screaming when a lot of staff gathered there. I said are my clothes UN-parliamentary? The principal (Mrs. Jain) said. Yes. One said do you know the meaning of this word? I said yes, which is not in social conduct. He again said, "From where did you learn such a heavy word?" On other side one more staff there were standing there, he said I don't like your clothes. Why did you say it? Your clothes are not pressed, your hair is long, and we do not command such people. And then the principal (Mrs. Jain) said if you do not like it, then get your child's name cut or take a transfer. I said I brought you the best of this school on my own, but you have insulted me more today than yesterday, thank you walked out of the chamber in a fit of shame.

I have paid class 10th fee 2!d quarter ie. Rs.2560 for one quarter (July-September) through Google pay to kvs online fee portal on 31 july2023. The amount is deducted from my bank account instantly and showed paid but it's showing unsuccessful in the kvs union Bank fee site . After this I took some guidance by Kvs Jagiroad they said the fees debited (by gpay) will be refunded back to me but nothing happened. Please help me to get my money back! I want my refund please

I paid the second quarter( July to September )fee by 31st July at 12.07 pm! The amount is rs 2560! But still didn't got any receipt or refund it's been 2 months ! I request for refund! Or provide the receipt in the fee payment site!

I made a transaction on 6 October 2024 of rupees 2400 for my child ( T. ashwanthKumaran of class 9th A KV Perambalur Tamil Nadu) unique Your Number [protected] cold Re through Google Pay upi app but by mistake I fed it directly not using KV mandate the transaction was successfully completed and money was deducted from my account I havechecked both in payment history and receipt but no update about my payment.
So kindly refund my amount rupees 2400/- to account.

Hi Team,

My son studying 4th standard in KVS Gachibowli Hyderabad. Now a days we observed that school performance is not up to the mark. School contract teaching staff is not experienced teachers and they don't know how to handle students and class teachers unable to manage them. Daily students are quarrelling and teachers unable to control it. and school maintenance very poor (like triolets). Teacher student ratio is 1:60(approx.) this is very bad.
Can you please look into this issue.

I had made a payment of Rs. 1800/- via UPI on 2nd July 2023, from my State Bank of India account and the amount is deducted from my bank account but is not reflected in the school's database or Student portal, and I need to ask for the refund of the payment or fee submission, few days back I got a notice from school stating I haven't had paid my dues.

Very dirty toilets and classrooms..no one there to take action on it…unresponsive staff…classroom fan not working properly…no electricity backup

Class X - no teacher is assigned for the science subject till date.Students are preparing on their own and attending the exams. However, less attention is been paid by principal on such concerns.

One of the exam is cancelled due to printer repair, this leads to demotivation of students effort.

I paid 1800 on April 14th 2023 through UPI, the transaction was successful and the money was deducted from my bank account, but later kV school says the payment wasn't received by them.

I am father of 2 children's studying in your school, as I am working in State Bank of India as Branch Manager I get my transfers frequently. Recently i got transferred from Baglkote to Dharwad in Karnataka state,

But I am facing huge problems with regards to admission of my kids in KV school Dharwad, first of all its transfer from one KV to another still I was asked to wait for approval from RO, now that approval has come they are asking me to visit the KV Bagalkote and bring TC of my kids, and KV Bagalkote is telling to Pay the fees for July to Sep Quater and then apply for TC and come physically to take the TC.

Now please tell me why I should go to bring TC and is it not the KV Dharwad responsibility to get the TC in this Digital/ post etc in this connected world.

And to pay this quarter fees for online payment I have to wait upto 5th july, ( as website is not allowing to pay fees) it means my kids will loose the studies for 10 more days as after paying fees I have to apply for TC at bagalkote and the school authorities will take time to give TC and similarly our KV Dharwad will take time to admit my sons.

Now what is the mistake of my kids in getting my transfers, why is that their education getting hampered for more than a month.

If at all we have to carry the TC from old KV is authorization letter not sufficient to hand over the TC to the authorized reputed person identified by me, why is KV Bagalkote insisting me to come to KV Bagalkote in physical.

My humble request is to have some hassle free mechanism in case of transfer from one KV to other so that children's not get deprived with their education.

and see that I should not face any issues in getting my children's admitted to KV Dharwad without visiting KV Baglkote, else I have to take legal help in this regard.

My ward was studying in KV-2(AFS) pune in 9 std A Div. in 2022-23 year. He had failed in 9th std. Principle there said only after paying quarter fees (Apr-June 2024) then only will get TC.
As student didn't attended any class in school, because he failed and retest was conduction in April 2023 and the April end got result fail. After that vacations started, we requested to principle, but the Principle Madam, Shine George said to pay fees for child, as there was no class and school attended, Principle was very arrogant & harsh in her words for refund of fees.
After I paid my child fees for quarter then only got TC this was very bad experience as school are earning of this kind of situation, Atleast 2 months(May & June) money should be refund as student didn't attended any class or school as loss of his year.
We had bad experience with KV-2 principle, as she returned/refund some children's money but she refused for us giving refund back.

Request you if possible to please refund our money/fees as child will be required for his external admission.
But the school principals should be very polite and good in convincing for parents.

I have qualified in kvs TGT math CBT exam. And also I have more than 50% marks in my concern subject i.e., mathematics.
Also my aggregated marks in all the subjects is more than 50% marks.
But when I goes for interview they rejected my application due to less than 50% marks in chemistry. But the notification is clearly mentioned that you have 50% in your concern subjects (in our case it is maths) / 50% in aggregated of all the subjects, you will be eligible.
Why this discrimination with us sir. We have travelled a distance of more than 3000 kms for this interview.
I have also allowed in a kv for contractual interview with the same notification and already working there.

I have made a fee payment on Saturday (29 Mar 2023) for qtr 1 (April to June) for session 2023-24. payment has been deducted from my account and I made payment through Gpay. But still on online school portal the fee is not showing credited for qtr 1. also I not received the fee receipt for the same.

Please resolve the issue or return my money back.
