We are students of KV NLC, Neyveli. This letter is regarding the problems we face in school, we talked about this to the teachers and senior staff members of this school but no action has been taken till now. This letter, we write is to bring it to your notice, the offensive acts of staffs.

•Washrooms are not cleaned properly, water is not available in there, most of the times.
•In the water coolers kept 'specially' for students, we have found that they are not cleaned regularly which resulted in formation of small fishes and lizards. Sometimes water leaks out from the machine to the corridor making it all wet and nasty to walk on.
•Playgrounds are covered with grass and we noticed movements of snakes, and few stray animals.
•School surroundings are full of dirt, we feel unhygienic walking through them since it is the only way to enter school.
•The washrooms are put under construction for renovation, grass being cut down, bushes being trimmed off only happens when there is some important person visiting the school or if there is an inspection around the corner.
•Students never get to participate in co-curricular activities and sports day has never been oraganized in our school for the past 5 years. Many subject teachers are not at all caring about Subject-Enrichment Activities, they are only keen in finishing the syllabus. This makes it harder for us to understand concepts and we are in a position to just mug up everything or spend hefty amounts outside the school for tuitions. Yoga and Games periods are not provided frequently. When questioned, the staff threatened us with his power. In addition to that, yoga mats are not provided, playing equipments are inadequate.
•After arriving to school in morning, we are withheld in the school ground area till 8:20 am, i.e., until most staffs arrive, but children of teachers who teach in the school are given permission to enter the premises. Isn't this Discrimination?
•Senior staffs are over-powering and bullying temporary staffs. They scold them unnecessarily using abusive language, sometimes in front o[censored]s. There is this incident which we would like to highlight, just few weeks ago, Class 3A's window was broken by the children, we do not know if it was intentionally or accidently but since they are just children let's take it was an accident. The class teacher of that class was fired from the job for the accident done by her class students. She was the only person in her family who earns well enough to manage their house, she was depressed and attempted to take her life after she was fired. Thankfully, she was saved and stopped from making that foolish move. We want to ask, what is her involvement in this issue? Why was she fired unnecessarily?
Another issue is that, permanent staffs who have connection to authorities and have been in the Sangathan for years are treated with respect, we are not telling not to, but at the same time, other staffs who are new here are treated like some dust sticking to their shoes. Again, why so?
•Lastly, senior staffs favour the children who are connected to authorities or are a relative of senior/permanent teachers in some way. Few days ago, A 10th std boy misbehaved with a 3rd std girl, but since the boy is in good terms with some important persons, no action was taken!
If the boy didn't have any power, commits a mistake, a simple one compared to the above, like back-biting on friends, he would been put in a position where he would be answerable to their rude questions like, 'Don't you have manners at all? Why are you even studying here? Why don't you go to Sneha school?'

Also, there are some students who have so much of talent but are hesitant to show them out, especially after the pandemic where social interaction was less. With the motivation of some well-wishing teachers and friends, when the child attempts to perform or showcase his/her talents, they are discouraged by some teachers, they scold and taunt the children saying he/she just wants to skip classes for going to practices for these programs. 'Counselor' ma'am scolds us too much to an extent that we feel depressed. She even treats the teachers badly.
•If someone is injured while playing, for quick help, first aid is not available. When we have head aches or are feeling dizzy and go to the 'Nurse room' in school, they taunt us telling, 'You came to cut periods again?'. They say, we don't have a professional doctor or nursing materials in school, if so why did they hire a 'nurse' ma'am and are paying her salaries without fail?

Respected Sir/Ma'am, you are our only hope left. Even now, because of their threats, we are scared to reveal our identity, but trust us, these things are happening here which needs to be stopped as soon as possible.

Hindi teacher is not only teaching properly but also loading kids with dictation more than 20 plus words even after teaching 1 day before.
It's too much and kids don't know anything or any meaning.

Dear sir,
My child is a student of KV-II, angul, Odisha.
She was admitted under RTE scheme.
But, since 3 years the students are not getting the transportation, books & other expense reimbursement.

Please do the needful.

With reference to the cited subject I would like to highlight the problems I am facing for my child's admission on transfer certificate. I am a Principal in a private Pharmacy college and my child, Moksh Gunjan was admitted on lottery basis in class 1 at KVS khetrinagar Rajasthan.His registration number was [protected]. Due to some reason I had to leave Rajasthan and come to Bihar. I have joined a private college (in Mohiuddinnagar, Dist-Samastipur) which is merely 57 Km from my permanent residence. It takes around 1 hr by train and 2.30hrs by car. So I have chosen to stay at my residence and do my duty by mentoned ways.
I have tried to admit my child in KVS sonpur, Bihar (and submitted all the required documents told by the Principal) which is near to my residence. I have been informed by the school administration that my application has been rejected because I have been posted in Samastipur district. It was clearly mentioned in the application that my permanent residence is in Hajipur, Bihar and aadhar, residential proof etc were submitted together with the application.

I am travelling everyday to my working place from my permanent residence since it is not so far and mode of transportation is available, then how my child will be denied admission on this ground. I have even submitted the required tution fees till December 2022.

This time he will not even get admission elsewhere since the academic session is going to finish. His studies will get affected as it is visible with his current psychological state too.
Considering his future and studies requesting you to do the needful at the earliest. Required documents are hereby attached for your kind consideration.

My children are studying in kendriya vidyalaya no 2, Puducherry. More than two years Principal post is vacant in this school. Very poor performance from the teachers and they are not showing any responsibility to improve the quality of teaching and also not conducting sports and other activities. Before this school was one of the topest school. So as a parent I humbly request you to make necessary action against my complaint and make the children's future at the best.

I have paid my fees on 20th October 2022.i have succesfully made the payment through upi but union bank's website is showing that I didn't have made the payment. Resolve this problem and do something and show my name on the that I have submitted either return my money. I have proofs also I'll complain.

Hello, I am registering complaint against school Infrastructure and facility in terms of Hygiene and maintenance of toilet. KV AFS thane school toilet is very dirty, and Pigeon is there in the toilet which affect Unigene's and sometimes water supply is not there, and which effect on my daughter. She got infection and also, she afraid to use the toilet because of these issues. I request kindly clean the toilet and maintain the hygiene asap.
Another issue is that it is observed that one of teacher shouting on the student and give punishment to the student which studies in 1st standard. Those results students going through bad dreams every night.
I request kindly understand the age of the student and more important is that teacher who behave like this then management should understand he or she is well qualified and have etiquette to do this job. Kindly take action against those type of teacher.

I have successfully paid the fees of kvs through Union Bank of India using Phonepe and the money got debited as well but when I checked out the payment history it showed that the payment has been initiated but not completed . Later it turned to unsuccessful but despite of complaining we were not even attained.The money hasn't refunded yet and it's been so many months. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

The toilet in KV 2 TAMBARAM is very poor in particular the Primary block because of this students not willing to go washroom because o[censored]ntidy and bad smell which leads to urinary problems so kindly consider and do the needful for students health and hygiene

Please i want my child to be in a good environment and good school, government provides best facilities but i think teachers are local and not upto the mark, their language and eating habits and language, even they are hitting children, how can this happen, kindly do needful help, after corona how can teacher expect child to be perfect, when teacher cannot teach them properly, hitting children can resolve this issue .kindly education system should change .

I paid my brother's fees throught Google pay using upi option, but by mistake I paid it directly not using kv mandate. The transaction was successful so pls do refund my amount

My name is roop narayan manjhi i was pay the fees of my children mukul manjhi class 10th C and i was pay 1800 using union bank site of kendriya vidyalaya and mistakely i was pay the fees two times so again my account is credited 1800 so please refund my 1800.. please resolve my issue hurry...

Sir as the teachers shall use Hindi/English language to teach children but the teachers are focusing only on Malayalam language, classes are bein conducted in Malayalam and Non Malayali students can't understand anything in class. My ward Jatin Kumar studying in class 12 A in kendriya vidyalaya bawana Air force station. We have submitted his fees by default through UPI and it's not getting shown there we have discussed the matter with teachers too they told us to submit the fees through debit or via bank so I have also submitted the fees through union Bank chalan . Both fees were submitted . The fees of amount 3150 which were paid through UPI is going to kendriya vidyalaya sangathan. I am registering this complain to get back my payment of 3150 which were paid by mistakely through UPI.

Sir I made erroneously a transaction on 01 Oct 2022 of Rs 1800/- to KV Sangathan for fee payment of my Child Verjesh Chahar, VI KV Sikar Unique ID No [protected] through Google pay UPI App. but by mistakenly i paid it directly not using KV mandate.
The transaction succesfully completed and money deducted frrom my account transaction ID No[protected]. Thereafter I paid the school fee by correct procedure and payment done succesfully by using KV mandate.
So, kindly refund my amount Rs.1800/- to my account.

My daughter wanted to join kv Narimedu Madurai for humanities . My Husband works with Railways, and my daughters mark in 10th state board exam is 95 percent. We were A1 category and the history teacher and principal gave us hope regarding vacancy till September 8th. Now they are telling that there is no vacancy. There are 15 vacancies and they are not providing us even one seat. My daughter's one year is lost without any fault of her. Kindly allow her one seat at the earliest .

I am trying to pay admission fees for my son Bhavik Garwa, studying in std 2nd in KV Koliwada, however I am unable to pay admission fees as a message is appearing that 'student is not active, cannot pay fees'. Please solve the issue.
