Yesterday jan1st i booked kerala travels from bangalore to trivendrum and this is my confirmation details (Dear sravan, your bus booking from bangalore to trivandrum is confirmed. Your departure date and time is 01 jan 19, 7:45 pm. Your booking id/pnr is nu[protected]/24v8m35b.) due to traffic i missed pick up bus and i called him more then 20 times but his not responding my call and even i called to kerala line travels agency person he kept my call and this both people gave me irresponsible answers i accept i was late but if i called he has to respond my call and at least he has to go e a suggestion for next stop or bus details i got tension and rush and even when i reach madival kerala line bus stop and i called both people they said irresponsible answers is this is the way kerala line treting customers i never seen like this type of people. I really bad about this i will gave 0 rating for pick up bus employee and travel agency person worst then anything this is. Was this information helpful? |
