Hello sir I'm a permanent resident in Cochin, near Cochin residence. Here my neighbour has 2 dogs which is like a kind of stray one's and it hasn't put under any kind of dog shelter of having any belt attached to it. It's always untied and these dogs haven't put any kind of injection or any sort of care . These dogs always bring mess for us, recently my car cover got damaged by it. Not. Only that always make some sort of mess. Tired of complainting it against the owner but they are responses less all the time Was this information helpful? |
