Sub: In my House water not coming in Aluva for 10 years (water Consumer No;EDA/1717/D- Route: 3511/530
My father 78 years, Mother 74 years living in Aluwa as said below address, last 10 years no water coming to my house, my mother was fetching water from the public tap in the main road(200 mts)away from our home for last 10 years, now mother health deteriorating and under medical treatment and unable to fetch water from public tap and basic water requirement for all citizens are ignored
we had repeatedly made a complaint in water authority (Aluwa) Executive Engineers no relief from the water authority.
As per Executive Engineer, Aluva water Authority, PH. Sub.division aluwa, our road (Anakatu lane) excavate 2 meter down and laid new pipe vide water authority
receipt no :E1717D(A8329)Dted;26/03/2015 after spending Rs:85000.00 still water not coming to my house and Aluva water authority neglected our rights to get water for 10 years.
Now instruct Aluva water authority to provide water atleast 30 minutes in a day and change the connection from existing water line to other water line passing thru; (Kallungaparabu jn via Carmel)
