I ordered rose bouquet with 10 red roses with 2 dairy milk chocolates. On 22/5/2017 to kerala, alappuzha as a part of anniversary wish to my dear one. But the same was not yet delivered. I requested for a refund by talking to the customer care on the 25/5/2017. It was not yet received to my account. Today also i give them a call asking for the same and i am not getting a proper reply from them. Was this information helpful? |
