This is dated 7/3/2019. The company took the responsibility of furnishing visa before the visit. But now that my visa is rejected, the company is applying a cancellation charge to me of 1 lac, without abiding by their initial terms of taking care of the necessary documents. The company is not ready to return the booking amount, and is asking even more money for reapplying for visa. Even though i don't wish to cancel the tour, i am forced to cancel it.
